The Aligned Hire Process (Weeks 1-6)

We then attract candidates through strategic outreach. I conduct initial vetting and screening conversations. I guide you through selecting the person who is genuinely aligned with your vision, values, and way of working.
This process typically takes four to six weeks and results in you making an offer to an EA partner who understands from day one that they are being invited into partnership.
As soon as your new EA Partner begins working with you, our six months of integrative coaching begins.

What Happens After Six Months
By the completion of our six-month partnership, you and your EA partner will have established systems, rhythms, and ways of working that sustain themselves without ongoing intensive coaching. The partnership will have its own momentum.
You may choose to join the Calibration Circle, a quarterly group container for leaders who have completed The Aligned Leader Partnership and want ongoing support as your business and life evolve.
I am also available for one-off recalibration sessions if circumstances change significantly. If you are scaling rapidly, launching something new, or navigating a major life transition that requires partnership evolution.
But the goal of our six months together is that you will not need ongoing intensive support. The partnership you build will hold you through whatever comes next.
