After more than two decades working beside founders, CEOs, and women building meaningful businesses, I have seen how confidence, clarity, and capacity erode when leaders lack real support. I know firsthand what it takes to build trust-based partnerships that actually work from the inside out.
My work is about architecture. I help women create the structures, rhythms, and relationships that allow them to lead from their highest capacity without burnout, overextension, or isolation.
