What Is Included - Six Week Intensive Partnership
Six Weekly 90-Minute Sessions
You, your support person, and me. We work on the relationship together in real time.
These are not separate sessions for each of you. We are in the room together building the partnership as a team. This is essential. The transformation happens in the shared work, not in individual coaching or assistant training.
Important: This intensive requires your support person to be a committed employee or long-term contractor who is invested in building a deeper partnership with you. This is not appropriate for virtual assistant services, project-based contractors, or anyone in a transactional relationship with you.
Voxer Access Between Sessions

You have direct access to me for guidance as you integrate what we are building. Both you and your support person can reach out between our weekly sessions.

If you want ongoing support as your business and partnership continue to evolve, you can join the Calibration Circle. This is a quarterly group container for leaders who have strong partnerships and want continued guidance as circumstances shift.
But the goal of this intensive is that you will not need me after six weeks. You will have everything you need to continue building the partnership on your own.
