About Me
I am an executive partnership guide for women leaders who are ready to stop carrying it all alone.
After more than two decades working beside founders, CEOs, and women building meaningful businesses, I have seen why confidence, clarity, and capacity break down because leaders are unsupported. I know firsthand what it takes to build trust-based partnerships that actually work from the inside out.
My work is about architecture. I help women create the structures, rhythms, and relationships that allow them to lead from their highest capacity without burnout, overextension, or isolation. With clarity, intention, and care, we build partnerships that are sustainable, aligned, and deeply supportive.
